Donations made to V Share Trust are voluntary charitable contributions. As charitable funds may be committed to programmes and administrative obligations after receipt, donations are generally treated as final.
If you believe a payment was made in error, duplicated, or involved an unauthorised transaction, contact the Trust promptly at vsharetrustindia@gmail.com with the donor name, amount, date and payment reference. Any refund decision will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law, payment gateway rules and the Trust's records.
Payment gateway charges or settlement adjustments, where applicable, may affect how a reversal is processed. Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where feasible.
